Bollywood dance comes from the film industry based in Mumbai which is one of the largest film production centers in the world.

This unique dance style started with Indian classical and folk dances and has evolved with the influence of popular dance forms around the world and is always characterized by active footwork and expressive body movements. Due to its international nature, Bollywood dance is often combined with other styles from around the world like jazz, wacking, etc. giving birth to a different style called Bollyfusion.

This class will be in english and combines Bollywood with hip-hop and jazz funk to give the participants a fun introduction into the world of Indian dance. The class consists of a feel good warm-up, stretching, and step by step instructions through an amazing combo that you can flaunt at your next Bollywood party.
